Artículo tercero. Las entidades oficiales y particulares, y especialmente los organismos de salubridad, departamentales y municipales, deberán suministrar a la Oficina de Planeación del Ministerio de Salud Pública los estudios específicos, datos, informaciones, etc., que sean pedidos por ésta.
