Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y las entidades concesionistas tendrán la facultad de ejercer el control sobre los concesionarios, en todo lo referente a agencias, vendedores, libros, registros, relaciones de ventas, así como de los pagos que éstos hagan del 10% de las apuestas brutas de que trata el artículo 54 de este Decreto.
