º . Comunicación al Estado receptor. Las embajadas y oficinas consulares deberán comunicar con la debida antelación la realización de las elecciones a las autoridades competentes del Estado receptor. De considerarlo conveniente, se solicitará colaboración a las autoridades policiales, para efectos del mantenimiento del orden en el perímetro del lugar de realización de la votación, durante su transcurso y hasta una (1) hora después de concluido el escrutinio.
