ARTICULO 2.4.1.2.2 .- JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La junta directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, estará integrada por los siguientes miembros: - El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien la presidirá. - El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado. - El gerente del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria. - Un miembro designado por el Comité Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia. - Dos representantes o sus suplentes, designados por el Presidente de la República. - Un miembro designado por la junta directiva del Banco de la República. - Un representante de la Asociación Nacional de Usuarios Campesinos.
