En los trabajos de elaboración de minas será obligación de los respectivos patronos, instalar timbres eléctricos y aparatos de alarma, y proporcionar a los obreros todas las demás seguridades que se consideren convenientes o que se indiquen en los reglamentos o decretos que dicten las autoridades, de acuerdo con la presente Ley.
