Autorizase al Gobierno para que producto de la Junta de Conversión y con los fondos que ésta maneja pueda acuñar y salir en circulación hasta doscientos mil pesos oro en monedas de níquel de valor nomínal de uno, dos y cinco centavos cantidad que se ínvertirá en el cambio de que tráta la Ley 65 de 1916, previa deducción de los gastos de acuñación.
