ARTICULO 1.8.2.2.5 . TERMINO. Cuando se haya tomado posesión de una institución vigilada para liquidarla, se conservará dicha posesión hasta cuando se declare terminada su existencia legal, salvo cuando se realice la entrega al liquidador designado en asamblea convocada de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 1.8.2.3.22 de este estatuto o hasta cuando se realice la entrega de los bienes y archivos de la liquidación, en los eventos en que los accionistas no se presenten a la asamblea, en la forma prevista en el mismo artículo.
