Con el fin de instalar un servicio amplio y suficiente de crédito agrario e industrial en Ramiriquí, autorízase la fundación de una Sociedad Seccional de Crédito Agrario e Industrial en ese Municipio, para cuyo efecto la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero procederá en oportunidad a iniciar dicha fundación. La Nación suscribirá en esa Seccional la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) en acciones, que quedarán a favor del Hospital de Caridad de dicha ciudad, el cual podrá ser accionista de la Sociedad, aunque no tenga carácter de empresa agrícola, ganadera e industrial.
