Artículo O. Una vez sancionado el proyecto de Código Fiscal y antes de procederse a la publicación de la respectiva ley, la Comisión Legislativa creada por la Ley 39 del presente año, revisará las modificaciones introducidas por las Cámaras a dicho proyecto, con el único objeto de corregir las incongruencias que en ellas se adviertan y hacer que el Código Fiscal contenga un conjunto de disposiciones perfectamente armónicas.
