Los actos o decisiones del gerente, cumplidos en ejercicio de las funciones a el asignadas por la ley, estos estatutos o acuerdos posteriores de la Junta directiva, se denominarán resoluciones y se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan.
