La vigencia de la visa otorgada en el territorio nacional, se contará a partir de la fecha de su expedición. La visa otorgada en el exterior, so pena de caducidad, deberá ser utilizada dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la fecha de su expedición. La vigencia de esta visa comenzará a contarse a partir de la fecha de ingreso del extranjero al territorio nacional, salvo que aquella contemple fecha fija de vencimiento.
