Importación y Exportación. Para efectos de aprobación de una importación o exportación de productos pesqueros, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo de Colombia y la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales exigirán el visto bueno previo de la AUNAP o de la entidad delegataria, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 5 del Decreto 4181 de 2011.
