El edificio que se construya de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 2° de la Ley 16 de 1919 , quedará de propiedad, por partes iguales, del Departamento de Antioquia y del Municipio de Medellín.

Queda así reformado el artículo 2° de la Ley 16 de 1919 .
