-1. Comité Técnico de Zonas Francas. Con el objetivo de fortalecer la competitividad de las zonas francas, se establecerá el Comité Técnico de Zonas Francas, dentro del Sistema Nacional de Competitividad e Innovación, y en el marco de dicho Sistema se reglamentará su funcionamiento, conformación y demás aspectos que garanticen su implementación.
