Amplíase hasta el 30 de abril del año 2001, el plazo previsto en el artículo 1º del Decreto 1234 del 29 de junio de 2000, para cumplir con el desmonte de la estructura administrativa y financiera de los Consejos Regionales de Planificación y para que la totalidad de los recursos en cabeza de los Fondos de Inversión Regional, sean consignados en la cuenta que para el efecto haya dispuesto la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
