Informe anual. Dentro del primer semestre de cada año, los Ministerios de Hacienda y Crédito Público, y de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, elaborarán un informe anual sobre el desarrollo, avance y consolidación de los acuerdos comerciales ratificados por Colombia, cuyo contenido se ajustará a lo establecido en los artículos 1° y 2° de la Ley 1868 de 2017. Dicho informe abarcará el periodo comprendido entre el 1° de enero y el 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior.
