º Secretaria . La Secretaria de la Comisión será desempeñada por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación.

Parágrafo 1

El Secretario podrá invitar a las sesiones de la Comisión a los funcionarios cuyas labores tengan afinidad con los temas que se vayan a tratar.
