Zonas agrarias. Cuando las circunstancias socio-económicas lo hagan necesario, el Ministerio de Transporte podrá dictar condiciones especiales de renovación de flota y permitir los cambios de modalidad de servicio, para garantizar la adecuada y oportuna prestación del servicio de transporte de los trabajadores agrarios desde y hacia las fincas de producción a través de contratos para transporte empresarial.
