El impuesto al alumbrado público sobre predios ubicados en zonas rurales que no estén beneficiados con el servicio, el cobro máximo se hará a sus propietarios, poseedores o tenedores por medio de una sobre tasa al impuesto predial y la tarifa no podrá ser superior al 1 x 1000 del Impuesto predial.
