Concedida la apelación en el efecto suspensivo, se remite el expediente al superior, una vez ejecutoriado el auto que la concede, si el superior y el inferior residen en un mismo lugar, o por el inmediato correo, si en distintos lugares, dejando en todo caso copia del auto o sentencia, con la anotación de haber sido apelada.
