No podrán intervenir en las respectivas deliberaciones de la Junta Directiva los miembros de ella que tengan parentesco dentro del segundo grado de consanguinidad o de afinidad con la persona con quien se vaya a contratar una venta de cedulas, con su agente, con alguno o algunos de los directores de una persona jurídica con quien se pretenda llevar a cabo dicha negociación.
