Definición de producto medicinal . Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el numeral 8 del artículo 207-2 del Estatuto Tributario, se entiende por producto medicinal la preparación obtenida a partir de principios activos o de ingredientes presentes en un recurso natural, con o sin sustancias auxiliares, presentada bajo una forma farmacéutica con indicaciones terapéuticas.
