Art. 2.º Declárase terminado, desde la fecha del presenta Decreto, el registro de los ceses militares en el Ministerio de Guerra. Los que hayan sido registrados con las formalidades legales serán reconocidos, siempre que llenen las condiciones necesarias, según el Decreto sobre la materia, y con la aprobación definitiva del Consejo de Ministros. El Ministerio de Guerra pasará á esta Corporación una lista de los ceses que hasta la fecha hayan sido registrados.

Parágrafo

Las órdenes de pago por ceses militares se amortizarán por remates mensuales, como está dispuesto en el Decreto correspondiente.
