Prima De Gastos De Representación

ARTICULO 76. Prima de gastos de representación. Los Oficiales Generales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, tienen derecho a una prima mensual de gastos de representación equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico.

También tienen derecho a esta prima los Oficiales que sin ser Generales, desempeñen el cargo de Comandante de Departamento de Policía y Director de Escuela de Formación. El personal a que se refiere este
