El registro de los instrumentos referentes a inmuebles se verificará en la Oficina del Circuito o Circuitos de su ubicación; los instrumentos de venta de derechos hereditarios no vinculados especialmente a inmuebles determinados, en la del Circuito en donde se haya iniciado o deba iniciarse el juicio de sucesión; los demás se inscribirán en la del Circuito de su otorgamiento o expedición.
