Art. 6°. Desde el 1° de Marzo próximo quedan restablecidos en la Provincia de García Rovira, Departamento de Santander, los Circuitos de Notaría y Registro que existían antes del primero de Enero de 1886, con los mismos límites que entonces tenían.
