Al Tenor Del Artículo 331 De La Ley 4° De 1931, Créase El Puesto De Secretario Permanente De La Junta Patriótica Exposición Internacional De New York, Con Una Asignación Mensual De $ 150

° Al tenor del artículo 331 de la Ley 4° de 1931, créase el puesto de Secretario Permanente de la Junta Patriótica Exposición Internacional de New York, con una asignación mensual de $ 150.

Parágrafo 1

El Secretario servirá las funciones de subalterno de la Junta y ejecutar a los trabajos de orden técnico y administrativo que la Junta, o, en su mandato, el encargado de negocios, le encomendare. Este funcionario deberá tener versación en la técnica de exposiciones de carácter industrial y de organización mercantil.

Parágrafo 2

Para cubrir los sueldos, de este funcionario se tomará de la partida total que apropie la Junta para gastos de la exposición.
