º. Se podrán reconocer y pagar en dinero los días compensatorios que se hubieren causado hasta la fecha de publicación del presente decreto, en forma proporcional a lo que se ha causado en favor de cada empleado público, si existe disponibilidad presupuestal, sin que se afecten los recursos para el pago de las horas extras que se vayan a causar en el resto de la presente vigencia.
