Decreto 2371 de 1959 · Por el cual se reglamentan los exámenes de validación y se dictan otras disposiciones-

Artículo segundo. también serán objeto de estos exámenes las asignaturas de un curso completo hecho y perdido en un colegio de bachillerato, cuando el aspirante haya interrumpido los estudios un año o más después de la pérdida del curso en referencia, siempre que tenga debidamente aprobados los anteriores.

Parágrafo

Cuando un colegio de bachillerato matricule en un curso superior a un alumno que haya perdido alguno o todos los anteriores, perderá la aprobación oficial o la licencia de funcionamiento, o ambas, cuando las tuviere, y no podrá ser visitado nuevamente sino un año después de haberse comprobado esta irregularidad. En cuanto al alumno, éste deberá repetir todos los cursos perdidos.
