º. El incumplimiento por parte de Isagen S.A., ESP de cualquiera de las obligaciones contenida en los artículos 2º y 3º de este decreto acarreará para Isagen S.A. ESP el pago de intereses de mora a la máxima tasa legal moratoria entre la fecha establecida y la fecha de pago efectiva a satisfacción de la Nación.
