SANCIONES AL FABRICANTE. El fabricante o distribuidor de productos farmacéuticos de patente que omita indicar en las etiquetas de los mismos, los riesgos de farmacodependencia que aquellos impliquen, incurrirá en multa de veinte (20) a cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales.
