Reclamaciones sobre el escrutinio. Los candidatos en el acto mismo del escrutinio general podrán formular, por escrito, reclamaciones sustentadas, las cuales deben ser resueltas de inmediato por la Comisión Escrutadora. Seguidamente esta declarará la elección de los representantes. De todo lo anterior se levantará un acta, la cual será publicada en el correo electrónico institucional.
