° El artículo 2° quedará así: El adjudicatario cubrirá el valor de la vivienda de acuerdo con las siguientes bases: 1ª Pagará una cuota inicial de un cinco por ciento (5%) del precio de costo de la casa cuando éste no exceda de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00), y de un diez por ciento (10%) cuando exceda de esta suma. 2ª El saldo de capital será repartido en doscientas cuarenta (240) cuotas mensuales.
