El Municipio de Magangué queda ampliamente autorizado para aportar los terrenos que se le ceden en virtud dela artículo 1° de esta Ley, como accionista o socio de alguna sociedad comercial, que se organice con el propósito de construir y explotar el mencionado hotel, y previamente al aporte del municipio se hará un avaluó judicial de dichos terrenos.
