La Nación se congratula con la ciudad nariñense de Sandoná por motivo del primer centenario del nacimiento, que se realizará el próximo año, y actuando en conformidad con la Ley 46 de 1946 le asigna la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000) para construír su plaza de mercado.
