Art. 31. El destino de Administrador municipal de Hacienda no es incompatible con el de Colector ó Recaudador del Departamento, ni con el de Tesorero del Distrito; pero no podrán adscribirse estos empleos á aquél, sino por resolución del Gobernador del Departamento respectivo.
