De La Ley 90 Del Mismo Año, En Los Términos Establecidos Por El Artículo 16 Del Presente Decreto, En Cuanto Crean Y Organizan El Impuesto De Giros, Así Como Los Decretos Que Lo Reglamentan, Especialmente El Decreto 4139 De 1948

Artículo segundo. Suspéndese la vigencia del Decreto extraordinario 1952 de 1948 y del artículo 34 de la Ley 90 del mismo año, en los términos establecidos por el artículo 16 del presente Decreto, en cuanto crean y organizan el impuesto de giros, así como los Decretos que lo reglamentan, especialmente el Decreto 4139 de 1948.

Parágrafo

La Junta de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones deberá revisar y modificar con base en la nomenclatura del nuevo Arancel y en su orientación económica, la clasificación por grupos vigente para la importación de mercancías.
