A las mercancías del Capítulo 64 del Arancel de Aduanas Nacional provenientes de una Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial, de una Zona Franca o de un Centro de Distribución Logística Internacional se les aplicará lo previsto en este decreto en el momento en que vayan a ser introducidas al resto del territorio aduanero nacional.
