º . Modifícase el artículo 65 del Decreto 3075 de 1997, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 65. Expedición del Certificado de inspección sanitaria. Cuando el país importador lo requiera, la autoridad sanitaria del puerto de salida expedirá el Certificado de Inspección Sanitaria para la exportación de alimentos, previa inspección y análisis del cargamento.

Parágrafo

Los costos de los análisis de laboratorio que se requieran para la exportación de los alimentos serán asumidos por el exportador".
