º En el caso de que aparezca un giro que no haya sido emitido legalmente, se hará efectivo su valor en partes proporcionales al sueldo entre los Jefes de las Oficinas telegráficas o repetidoras que no comprueben, con documentos fehacientes, que el hecho no tuvo lugar en su oficina y que han cumplido estrictamente las disposiciones de este Decreto.
