Las licencias por enfermedad, maternidad o paternidad de los empleados públicos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) se rigen por las normas del régimen de Seguridad Social, en los términos de la Ley 100 de 1993, la Ley 755 de 2002, la Ley 1822 de 2017 y demás disposiciones que las reglamenten, modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
