Mientras el Gobierno Nacional tenga más del cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las acciones de la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo S.A., cuya organización se autorizó por medio del Decreto Legislativo número 0272 de 1957, dicha empresa estará exenta del impuesto de Registro correspondiente a los instrumentos que otorgue, y deban registrarse conforme a la ley.
