Art. 1.° Las disposiciones de la lei de 15 de mayo de 1868, sobre esplotacion de minas i depósitos de carbon por cuenta de la Nacion, se hacen estensivas a todas las minas i depósitos de aquel mineral, así como tambien a los de guano i cualquiera otro abono semejante que se encuentre en los terrenos baldíos de la República.
