El Municipio de La Cruz, en el Departamento Norte de Santander, podrá disponer de las veinticinco mil hectáreas de terrenos baldíos, que le concedió la Ley 19 de 1884 para cualesquiera objetos de interés público de dicho Municipio, a juicio del respectivo Concejo Municipal.
