Artículo primero. Autorízase al Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano (S. I. C.) para ratificar, a nombre y en representación de la Nación, la venta por la suma de ciento sesenta y ocho mil setecientos pesos ($ 168.700.00) a Inversiones Bolívar S. A., del inmueble distinguido con el número 10 16 de la calle 86 de esta ciudad, con una extensión superficiaria de dos mil cuatrocientos metros cuadrados (2.400 M2.), y comprendido dentro de los siguientes linderos: "Oriente, con la carrera décima (10°); Sur, con la calla ochenta y seis (86); Occidente, con propiedad de Miguel López Pumarejo; Norte, con propiedad del Gobierno de la Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte".
