Artículo único. El artículo 5° del Decreto número 83 del 19 de enero de 1945, quedará así: Con cargo al Capítulo 44 artículo 475 del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, destinase la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15.000), para que por el Departamento de Ingeniería Sanitaria del Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salud Pública, se hagan las adiciones y reparaciones que necesita el edificio de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Enfermeras.
