Las Partes se comprometen a otorgar a los funcionarios de la OATS, al menos hasta el cuarto nivel jerárquico de su Estatuto, las inmunidades, privilegios y franquicias correspondientes a los funcionarios de organismos internacionales. El Director General tendrá la categoría correspondiente a Jefe de Misión, y acreditará ante las Cancillerías respectivas a todos los funcionarios con carácter internacional, especificando el nivel jerárquico que ocupan en la OATS. Las Partes se comprometen a reconocer tales niveles, y a otorgarles las prerrogativas correspondientes según el arreglo a que se llegue de común acuerdo entre la OATS y el Gobierno del país sede.
