Artículo segundo. Una junta integrada por el Ilustrísimo señor Arzobispo de la Diócesis de Manizales, el Alcalde de esta ciudad y el Presidente del Concejo de dicho Municipio, invertirá el referido auxilio, en la forma que lo considere más aconsejable, en beneficio de los afectados por la catástrofe de que ha hecho mérito.
