Artículo único. El Municipio de Barranquilla podrá disponer libremente del predio denominado "La María", cedido por la Nación, por medio de escritura pública número 1976 de 11 de octubre de 1947, Notaría 1ª de Barranquilla, en desarrollo de la Ley 122 de 1943. Las disposiciones contrarias al presente Decreto quedan suspendidas. Este Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y publíquese.
