Dentro de los treinta días siguientes al recibo de los informes expresados en el artículo anterior, el Superintendente enviará un extracto de ellos al Diario Oficial, donde se publicarán dentro de los tres días después de recibido.

En tal extracto deben aparecer la situación de cada banco y de todos los bancos reunidos.
